  • 12-month contract with part-time hours ranging from 29 to 36 per week - predominantly WFH
  • Primarily evening shifts from 1:15 pm to 9:00 pm, covering Monday to Sunday, with some early morning hours from 5:45 am to 1:30 pm
  • Salary range of $63,000 to $69,000, plus Super

About the Role: 

As the Shift Replacement and Casual Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day shift coverage for individuals supported by Melba. Key duties include providing accurate support information to direct support staff, ensuring precise entry of shift data into Melba’s CRM systems, and contributing to operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Utilise various CRM and rostering tools to fill vacant shifts promptly
  • Prioritise workload effectively to efficiently fill shifts, promptly responding to emails and calls within a dynamic team environment
  • Accurately input shift times and employee details into CRM systems
  • Provide timely and detailed information to operational teams
  • Offer comprehensive handover notes at the end of each shift
  • Regularly utilise Microsoft Office Suite for tasks such as emailing, data entry, and file management
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in team meetings and activities to promote collaboration and inclusivity
  • Identify and implement process improvements to maintain operational excellence
  • Adhere to established processes and workflows, modelling positive work practices
  • Uphold the human rights of individuals supported by Melba, ensuring their safety and well-being

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Previous experience with CRM and rostering systems
  • Strong administrative background with the ability to schedule shifts efficiently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Adaptability to changing environments and systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
  • Consistently meet SLAs and team KPIs
  • Effective organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel
  • Positive, committed, collaborative, flexible, and resilient

Requirements: A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don’t already have them).
