Anthony Tomai has accumulated extensive experience in the field of Information Technology, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Anthony began as a Senior IT Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998 before moving on to serve as an IT Team Leader at Auscript Australasia and Berry Street. Following this, they took on roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff, starting as a Team Leader and progressing to Acting Chief Information Officer, General Manager, and eventually, Chief Information Officer. Anthony transitioned to John Holland in 2013 as Group Manager, focusing on IT services and strategy alignment. Tomai then moved on to AECOM, holding positions such as Director of Information Technology for the Middle East, India, and Africa, and subsequently serving as CIO for the EMIA region. Their most recent role is as the Chief Information Officer at Slater and Gordon Lawyers, before taking up the same role at Melbourne Airport in 2022. Tomai has led significant developments in IT strategy, execution, and transformation throughout their diverse career.

Anthony Tomai completed their VCE at St Bernards College before pursuing an Associate Diploma in Information Technology at TAFE NSW from 1994 to 1996. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Institute of Business in 2014-2015. In 2019, they furthered their education with a degree in Cyber Security Risk and Strategy from RMIT University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy.
