Elyse MacDonald

Elyse Macdonald is an experienced healthcare project manager currently working at The Royal Melbourne Hospital since May 2023 as part of the Redevelopment Team. Prior to this role, Elyse held various positions at Barwon Health from November 2014 to May 2023, including Access and Flow Improvement Project Manager, Acting Co-Director of Surgery and Critical Care, Operating Services Manager, and Elective Surgery Access Manager. Elyse also served as an Elective Surgery Access Liaison Nurse and worked as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager at Alfred Health from April 2013 to November 2014. Elyse holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Deakin University and is pursuing a Post Graduate degree in Health Service Management at La Trobe University.
