Katrina S. is an experienced professional in vocational education, project management, and business operations. Currently serving as the Course Portfolio Manager for Strategic Partnerships & Growth at Melbourne Polytechnic, Katrina focuses on enhancing the Australian workforce through targeted initiatives addressing industry skills gaps. Previously, as Associate Director of Commercial Delivery at Box Hill Institute, Katrina successfully led capability-uplift projects for both Government and Private Sector entities, and managed key programs such as the Adult Migrant English Program. With a background in manufacturing operations at Zuster and extensive managerial roles at National Express LTD and British Airways, Katrina also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland, a Graduate Certificate in Management from Oxford Brookes University, and a Graduate Diploma of Project Management from RMIT University.
