Kim Ettershank

As the GM of Property, Kim is responsible for maintaining AVC’s tenancy, property maintenance, and the delivery of all brownfield venue refurbishments. Since joining AVC in 2019 as part of the acquisition of the Spirit Hotel group from Coles, Kim brings with him a broad commercial background in; property management, procurement, and retail operations. Prior to AVC, Kim worked at Telstra, Westpac & Coles.
