Maurizio Candura

Maurizio Candura has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maurizio began their career as an Electronic Design Engineer at Schlumberger Industries in 1986 and stayed in the role until 1989. Maurizio then joined Texas Instruments as a Field Application Engineer, supporting companies like IBM and Olivetti with their use of Texas Instruments' products. In 1992, Candura transitioned to RS Components, where they held various positions including Technical Sales Manager, Project Manager, E-commerce Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and finally, Country Manager Italy from 2009 to 2017. In 2017, they moved to ABC Tools S.p.A. as the General Manager until 2018. Currently, they are the CEO of Melchioni Ready and has been in this role since July 2020, previously serving as the Amministratore Delegato from 2019.
