Charlotte Moll

Charlotte Moll serves as the City Manager at Melchior since June 2021. Prior to this role, Charlotte was the Directrice adjointe - Hébergement et RH at Yelloh Village Les Grands Pins from September 2015 to November 2020, where responsibilities included managing daily operations for a campsite accommodating 2000 clients daily and overseeing a seasonal staff of 120. Key achievements involved commercial development, client relations, human resources management, team leadership, and reporting. Previously, Charlotte worked in the hospitality sector at Finca Cortesín as Chargée de la restauration. Educational qualifications include a Master in Human Resources Management from ECEMA, an MBA in Hotel Management from MBA ESG, and an European Bachelor in Hospitality Management from Ecole de Savignac, supplemented with further studies at the University of Brighton and Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia.
