Ralph Mogridge

Ralph Mogridge is a Noongar man with connections to the Bindjareb, Yued, Gnarla Karla Boordja, and Wadjuk areas of South West Western Australia. Currently serving as the Aboriginal Participation Coordinator at Melchor Contracting since January 2021, Ralph has extensive experience in various roles including Director at R Mogridge & Assoc, Associate Consultant at Shelby Consulting Pty Ltd, and Cultural Awareness Training Facilitator for METRONET and the Public Transport Authority. Notable past positions include VTEC Training Superintendent and Development Superintendent at Fortescue Metals Group, Project Manager for the Telethon Kids Institute, and Project Officer for the Department of Justice WA's Aboriginal Visitors Scheme. Ralph has also contributed to the State Aboriginal Justice Advisory Council and the Aboriginal Lands Trust, emphasizing community engagement and support for Indigenous initiatives.
