Salauddin Gazi

Salauddin Gazi has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Salauddin currently works at meldCX as an Android Technical Lead, responsible for solving complex problems in the commercial devices space and implementing new features in mobile applications. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer at ASA International, where they developed complex mobile applications and implemented new features. Salauddin also worked at Genweb2 as a Senior Software Engineer, designing and developing a mobile app for the empowerment of persons with disabilities. Additionally, Salauddin served as a Software Engineer at Augmedix, where they worked with Google Glass and Android Smartphone to develop scalable solutions. Salauddin began their career as an Associate Software Engineer at Metatude Asia Ltd, optimizing and maintaining a social intranet app. Salauddin gained foundational experience as a Junior Software Engineer at Upwork. Salauddin possesses strong expertise in Android development, utilizing various tools and technologies such as MVVM, LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room, Exoplayer, Paging, Material Design, RXJava, Retrofit, Moshi, Dagger2, and Timber.

Salauddin Gazi pursued their educational journey in the field of Computer Science. Salauddin completed their Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from Jahangirnagar University between the years 2010 and 2013. Salauddin further expanded their knowledge and expertise by pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree, specializing in Computer Science, from Jahangirnagar University between 2014 and 2015.
