Lola Chamorro

Lola Chamorro has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Meliá Hotels International since March 2014. In this role, Lola leads global strategies for employer branding and talent attraction, focusing on engaging young talent through partnerships with universities and schools. Previous positions include Senior HR Manager for the Madrid Operations Center and Senior Global HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed HR management, employer branding strategies, and selection for key corporate and executive positions. Additionally, Lola has served as HRBP for multiple hotels and as an HR Coordinator, managing recruitment and internships across Spain. Concurrently, Lola holds a position as a professor and coordinator at EAE Business School, teaching courses on talent management and employer branding. Lola's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad de Sevilla.
