Rodrigo Molina has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and finance sectors. Rodrigo started their career at DHL as a Quality Auditor Assistant before joining Meliá Hotels International in 2005 as an EMEA Hotel Analyst. Rodrigo then worked for The Caesar Hotel as a Financial Controller, where they managed various operational and accounting activities. Later, they returned to Meliá Hotels International and held positions such as Acting General Manager & Director of Finance, Regional Director of Finance Middle East & Africa, and Head of Operations & Finance Business Partner Middle East, Africa & Greece. In these roles, Rodrigo supervised multiple properties in different countries, handled financial performance, conducted business reviews, and supported new hotel development. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial management, operations, and team development.
Rodrigo Molina obtained a Master's Degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance from the Universidad de Alcalá in 2004. Rodrigo also completed a Diploma in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2007. In 2018, they earned two Certificates in Executive Leadership and High Performance Leadership from Cornell University. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Revenue Management from Cornell University as well. Currently, Rodrigo is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Master in Hospitality Management and Tourism, both at ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona. Rodrigo has also completed some courses on Coursera; however, the specifics are unavailable.
