Victor Presa

Victor Presa has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director de Recursos Humanos at Meliá Hotels International since April 2017. Prior positions include Director de Recursos Humanos at Villa Padierna Hotels & Resorts from June 2015 to May 2017, overseeing multiple establishments, and earlier roles at Meliá Hotels International and Universia, where Victor won the Jumping Talent competition in 2013. Victor's career in human resources began with roles at AIESEC, Abengoa, and El Corte Inglés. Academically, Victor holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from CEA, a Licenciatura in Labor Sciences from Universidad de Sevilla, and a Diploma in Tourism from the same institution.
