Erica A Kalmar

Erica A Kalmar has over 30 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Erica A most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at Melillo Consulting since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Benefits Manager at CATHOLIC CHARITIES DIOCESE OF METUCHEN for over 15 years, from November 2004 to February 2020. Erica also worked as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Mack-Cali Corporation for a short period from April 2004 to November 2004. Erica A began their career as a Benefits Administrator at Novartis Consumer Health and held the position for over 16 years, from 1986 to 2002.

Erica A Kalmar has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Kean College of New Jersey. Erica A also has a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Kean University.
