Hottensia Njoroge

Hottensia Njoroge is a Support and Public Relations Specialist at mElimu Learning Management System, where responsibilities include supporting learning management and online examination systems in universities, maintaining knowledge of organizational products and services, and tracking customer satisfaction and feedback. Previously, Njoroge served as an intern in the Marketing and Public Relations department at Kenya Technical Trainers College, focusing on developing publicity strategies, promoting the ICT Integrated Teachers Certificate, organizing promotional events, and managing social media accounts.
