Ilana Sabban

Ilana Sabban is a seasoned data product professional with extensive experience in data engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Data Product at Melio since November 2022, Ilana previously held roles at Meta from March 2019 to November 2022, progressing from Data Engineer to Data Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included designing and building a data warehouse for the Novi digital wallet. Before Meta, Ilana worked at Vision.bi from September 2014 to February 2019 as a Project Manager, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of data warehouse projects, and as a BI Developer, focusing on ETL development across various platforms. Ilana began a career in technology as a Client Side Developer, contributing to product development using AngularJS. Ilana holds an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
