Shai Amsalem

Shai Amsalem is an accomplished engineering leader with a strong background in software development and team management. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Melio since March 2023, Shai previously held significant roles at Soluto from March 2015 to December 2022, including Software Development Team Lead where leadership was provided for a squad focused on enhancing customer engagement through communication strategies. Prior experience includes leading software development teams at Grid Software, Giga Real Time Ltd, and the Israel Defense Forces, where contributions to various projects and systems were made, particularly in the financial sector and military applications. Shai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, earned between 2007 and 2010.
