Monique Duarte has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Monique started their career as an intern at Nominet UK's Legal Department, where they gained practical understanding of Nominet policies and their Dispute Resolution Service. Later, Monique co-founded FicShelf and served as the CEO. Monique then worked at DigitalGenius as a Scrum Master and UX/UI Expert, contributing to the practical application of artificial intelligence in customer service operations. Monique also worked at Morango Media as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and UX/UI expert, helping SMEs and start-ups with their digital needs. At Taylor & Francis Group, they worked as a Product Manager, leading the project management and product ownership of the Digital Archives platform.
