Shlomo Zohar

Shlomo Zohar has served as an external director of the company since 2019. He is a member of the Audit and Remuneration and Financial Statements Committees. Mr. Zohar holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a graduate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance and accounting. Mr. Zohar has extensive experience in the field of finance and has served in senior executive positions in public companies. Previous positions include CEO of Sufersal Real Estate and Deputy CEO of Sufersal Ltd. He has served as CFO of Sufersal Ltd and of Pelephone Ltd. In addition to his position as external director, Mr. Zohar is also an external director of Silverstein Properties Limited and Pinto Afik 1 Ltd, and a director of, and consultant to, Max Stock Ltd.
