Shuki Oren

Shouky Oren has served as an independent director of Melisron since 2018. He is a member of the company’s Audit and Remuneration, Financial Statements, and Hiring Committees. Mr. Oren holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a graduate degree in Business Administration. He has numerous years of experience in the financial sector and has held senior executive positions, including CEO of Karden N.V. and manager of Leumi Bank Switzerland. He also served as Accountant General at the Ministry of Finance. In addition to his position as independent director, Mr. Oren is a member of the credit committee of Harel Insurance Company Ltd, the board chair of Mirland Development Plc, and a director of Or Shay G.S. Ltd and of C^2 Communities Services Inc.
