Jessica Tesar (Fernandez) is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles. At Melissa & Doug, LLC, Jessica has served as a Human Resources Generalist since August 2019. Prior to this position, Jessica worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Dotcom Distribution from August 2015 to August 2019 and as a Recruiting Coordinator at The Protocall Group from April 2013 to August 2015. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, complemented by a Minor in Human Resource Management, obtained from The College of New Jersey in 2012.
