Audrey N.

Audrey N. has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Audrey is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Portable Electric since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Inventa and Melita Group in 2021. In 2020, they held the position of Human Resources Lead at VersaFile (An RKO Company). In February 2020, they started their own consultancy firm called Notch HR Consulting, where they provided tailored HR services for small to medium businesses. From September 2019 to February 2020, they served as the Human Resources Director at Finger Food Advanced Technology Group, where they played a crucial role in supporting the growth of the organization. Before that, they worked as a People and Culture Manager at the same company. Prior to their role at Finger Food, they gained experience as an HR Generalist at 3DS - Three Dimensional Services Inc. in 2017-2018, where they built the HR department and advised the management team. In 2016, they worked as an HR Generalist at Vivonet, supporting the HR Director in strategic HR initiatives. Their early career includes a role as an HR Coordinator at Homewood Health, where they supported a large team and assisted in a company integration, and as an HR Assistant (Co-op) at APEGBC, working on various HR functions.

Audrey N. completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from The University of British Columbia. Audrey attended the university from 2008 to 2012. Following that, in 2012-2013, they pursued a Chartered Professional in Human Resources degree from CPHR of British Columbia and Yukon. In addition to their formal education, Audrey obtained several certifications. In June 2008, they received an ARCT Piano Performers Diploma, First Class Honours from The Royal Conservatory of Music. Subsequently, in July 2013, they became a CPHR member from CPHR BC & Yukon. Their most recent certification is a Strategic Workforce Planning Certificate obtained from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in April 2020.
