Carla Marshall

Carla Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carla currently works at Melita Group as a People Operations Coordinator, where they support internal HR leaders with various administration tasks and provides assistance to employees regarding HR, employee benefits, and payroll issues. Prior to this role, they worked at Truist as a Leave & Absence Specialist, where they administered leaves of absence and FMLA/state leave entitlement programs.
