Luiza Fuchs Santana

Luiza Fuchs Santana has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Product Designer Mid Level at Méliuz, where they focus on the payment field and is responsible for the Buy Now Pay Later product. Luiza handles all aspects of the Product Design and UX Design processes, collaborating with various team members. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Designer at Parnity, where they were responsible for the SAAS product in the Freight Forwarders field and worked on all UX Design processes. Luiza also worked as a UX Designer for the New School, where they contributed as a volunteer in a Social Business Initiative. Additionally, they served as a Product Analyst and UX Designer at Wiz Soluções/Caixa Seguradora, where they were responsible for the communication process with customers and later focused on UX/UI Design. Luiza started their career with internships at Caixa Seguradora and the Walt Disney Company. Luiza also gained experience as a Projects Consultant at Projetos Consultoria Integrada - Empresa Júnior do UniCEUB.

Luiza Fuchs Santana completed an MBA in Project Management at Ibmec from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration from UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília, where the field of study is not specified. Luiza also pursued various additional certifications, including UX Research and Information Architecture from Mergo User Experience in February 2021 and January 2021 respectively, UI Design Advanced from Origamid in October 2020, a Bootcamp in UX Design from Instituto de Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação in September 2020, and finally UX Design from Alura Cursos Online in March 2020.
