James Fraser

James Fraser is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in cost estimation, procurement, and commercial management. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Mellior Construction Ltd, James has previously held similar roles at Dandara and Ideal Modular Homes, where responsibilities included producing detailed cost plans for multi-story residential projects and managing tendering processes. As Director at EXCEL Modular Construction, James spearheaded the start-up of a company focused on modern construction methods, while earlier tenure as Director/CEO at Bridgeland Group involved overseeing various commercial operations and implementing effective cost control systems. James holds a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the University of Johannesburg.
