Hannah Ford is currently the Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Planning at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Prior to this, they were a Post-Graduate Leadership Fellow, Strategy and Operations, Carolina Performing Arts & Arts Everywhere at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from August 2018 to December 2019. Before that, they were an MBA Fellow, Strategy and Finance at American Ballet Theatre from May 2017 to October 2017.

Hannah Ford received their MBA from Fuqua School of Business in 2018, with concentrations in Financial Analysis and Social Entrepreneurship. Prior to their MBA, they worked as the Director Of Development for the DC Youth Orchestra Program from June 2014 to April 2016, and as an Assistant Manager for both the National Symphony Orchestra Circles and Major Gifts and Membership at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts from July 2011 to July 2012 and July 2012 to June 2014, respectively. Hannah began their career at the Kennedy Center as a Development Intern in September 2009.

Hannah Ford's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University, and Hilton Head High School.
