Susan Baloun has over 19 years of experience in various roles related to content creation, copywriting, and communications. Susan is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Melon Local since July 2021. Prior to this, Susan was the Co-Founder & Content Director at Wheat Creative LLC from November 2013 to August 2021. Susan also worked as a Content Strategist for small businesses as an independent consultant in 2013.
