Maria Luisa Yepes has extensive experience in e-commerce and customer experience leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Adjacent Revenue and Head of Customer Experience at Melonn since June 2022, Maria Luisa previously worked at NoName Colombia in an e-commerce role from February 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience also includes various positions at Grupo Éxito from June 2015 to September 2020, where responsibilities ranged from operations leadership to SEO analysis. Additionally, Maria Luisa gained international experience as a Chargée process opérations e-commerce at Franprix - Groupe Casino in 2019. Maria Luisa holds multiple degrees, including a Diplomatura in Design Thinking from Universidad EAFIT, Continuing Studies in Growth Marketing from Stanford University, and a degree in Economics from Universidad EAFIT. Furthering professional development, Maria Luisa completed a Strategy Execution program at Harvard Business School Online and is currently enrolled in a leadership program at CESA.
