Matt Fish has over two decades of experience in the culinary industry, beginning as Head Chef and Kitchen Manager at Marco Polo's Restaurant from 1994 to 2002. Fish progressed to the role of Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager at Fat Fish Blue for a brief period in late 2002. Following that, Fish served as Executive Chef at Johnny Mango World Cafe and Bar from 2003 to 2006. Since September 2006, Fish has been the Owner of Melt Bar & Grilled, which is known for its gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, fresh salads, and extensive beer selection. Fish holds an Associate of Applied Business degree in Culinary Arts and an Associate of Arts degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management, both from Cuyahoga Community College.
