Ana Hoyos

Ana Hoyos possesses significant experience in customer success and client management. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at Meltwater, Ana has previously held the role of Senior Area Director, Client Success for the East Coast and Senior Director of Client Success focusing on Key Accounts. Ana's early career included a position as a Student Assistant at the Center for Hemispheric Policy. Educationally, Ana earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Business Administration from the University of Miami and attended American University for further studies.
