Elaine Marino [She/Her/Ella]

Elaine Marino serves as the Global Head of DEIB + ESG at Meltwater since June 2023 and previously worked as a DEIB Consultant for TARRA, LLC, where a comprehensive DEIB strategy was developed. Marino has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, having held roles such as Global Head of Diversity Equity and Inclusion at CrossFit, and Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at Charles Schwab. As the founder of LadyCoders Holdings, LLC, two-day career conferences were established to support women and non-binary professionals in tech. Additionally, Marino founded Equili, a diversity and inclusion consultancy aimed at creating a more equitable tech community. Recognized with the Micki Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award in October 2018, Marino holds a B.S. degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
