James Reiser

James Reiser has extensive experience in customer success and strategic leadership within the technology sector, currently serving as Enterprise Strategic Director for EMEA at Meltwater since April 2018. Prior roles at Meltwater include Director and Manager positions within the Customer Experience and Client Success sectors of the Social Division. Before joining Meltwater, James Reiser was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Sysomos, which was acquired by Meltwater, and an Account Manager at Expion, also acquired by Sysomos. Earlier in their career, James Reiser worked at Quinn London Ltd as both Operations Coordinator and Marketing Assistant. James Reiser holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Science from the University of Leeds, obtained between 2006 and 2009, and attended Hitchin Boys' School from 1999 to 2006.
