Keely Merritt

Keely Merritt, PCC, BCC, serves as the Vice President of Leadership Development at Meltwater, where responsibilities include creating partnerships with leaders to enhance self-awareness and performance through various coaching and development programs. With a robust career at Meltwater since July 2006, Keely has held multiple roles, including Leadership Development Director for the Americas, Global Director of Learning & Development, and Global Sales & Management Training Director, focusing on training initiatives, employee engagement, and leadership coaching. Prior experience includes regional sales leadership roles and roles in marketing and trade brokerage. Keely holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami and further education from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
