Kelly Costello

Kelly Costello serves as the Corporate Communications Director and DEI Lead for the Americas at Meltwater since February 2018, where responsibilities include developing global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, overseeing event production, and fostering employee engagement. Previously held roles encompass Global Communications Lead and Internal Communications Lead, focusing on corporate communications, branding, and content creation. Prior to Meltwater, Kelly worked at SHACK15, Grace Cathedral, and Apple, gaining experience in marketing communications, public relations, and event marketing. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
