Shaz Mohapatra

Shaz Mohapatra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and strategic projects management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for Enterprise APAC at Meltwater since March 2008, Shaz leads a team dedicated to managing significant client relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. Previous roles at Meltwater include Director of Strategic Projects for APAC, Area Director for Australia, and several directorial positions focusing on client success. In addition to the role at Meltwater, Shaz is the Founder of Jaipur Wines, a company established in October 2022 that specializes in creating wines specifically designed to complement Indian cuisine. Shaz holds an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from the Vellore Institute of Technology.
