Therese Basmanji

Therese Basmanji is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA at Meltwater since April 2018, following a progression of roles including HR Manager for Nordics & Benelux. Prior to Meltwater, Basmanji held the position of HR Business Partner for Nordics at Ria Financial, a major global money transfer company. Earlier experience includes a role as Consultant Manager at Adecco Sverige and various positions at Bjurfors, starting as an intern and advancing to Client Service. Academically, Basmanji holds a Master of Public Administration in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Public Administration, both from the University of Gothenburg.
