Zinzi Simayile

Zinzi Simayile is a seasoned talent partner with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management across various sectors. Currently serving as Talent Partner for UK & EMEA at OLIVER Agency since August 2022, Zinzi previously held the role of Talent Partner EMEA at OLIVER+ from September 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, Zinzi worked as a Senior Talent Scout and Talent Scout at The Talent Boom, a global executive search agency, from September 2019 to September 2021. Zinzi's career began as an HR & Recruitment Assistant at Afriforesight from January 2018 to August 2019. Zinzi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Town between 2014 and 2017.
