Ava Morgenstern

Ava Morgenstern is an Associate Attorney at Fragomen, specializing in immigration matters for clients in the information technology sector since September 2020. Prior to this role, Ava served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, handling a caseload of approximately 200 cases from September 2018 to August 2020. Academic experience includes contributions to the Immigration Content at the Civil Rights Litigation Clearinghouse during law school and positions with various organizations focusing on immigration law and rights. Ava holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School and an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan, along with a B.A. in Sociology from Brandeis University.
