Nicolas Broux

Nicolas Broux is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Financing and M&A Director at Melvan SAS since 2021. Prior to this role, Nicolas engaged in a personal project focused on travel across America from July 2018 to August 2020. Nicolas's experience includes a significant tenure at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking from November 2012 to June 2018, where expertise was applied in infrastructure finance through arranging and advisory mandates across the EMEA region, including greenfield and brownfield transactions in various sectors. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Finance and Investment Analyst at TotalEnergies, specializing in solar and wind projects from January 2011 to October 2012. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Energy and Markets from IFP School and an Engineering degree from CentraleSupélec, complemented by prior academic training in Mathematics & Physics at Lycée Saint Louis.
