Jeremy Rokita has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Jeremy started their career in 2004 as a Service Desk Technician at EDS OnStar, where they provided support for General Motors' OnStar application and Microsoft Operating Systems. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Comcast, offering technical service support to residential customers for internet connectivity and troubleshooting various internet applets. Jeremy then joined TCML in 2007 as a Customer Engineer, working as a team lead and technical liaison for multiple General Motors sites. In 2008, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Lead Customer Engineer, responsible for troubleshooting network connectivity issues and leading a team of technicians. Their next role was at Zeal Credit Union in 2011, where they served as the Manager of Information Technology, overseeing vendor management and efficiently coaching team members. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Member Driven Technologies as the Manager of Network Engineering. Jeremy Rokita has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-oriented approach throughout their career.

Jeremy Rokita attended the University of Phoenix from 2018 to 2022, during which they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology.
