Alberto Perea

Alberto Perea has a strong background in the mortgage industry, with extensive experience in secondary marketing. Alberto is currently working at Member First Mortgage LLC as the AVP of Secondary Marketing, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Alberto was the Secondary Marketing Manager at Utah Mortgage Loan Corporation from January 2022 to July 2022. Alberto also served as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Movement Mortgage from August 2021 to January 2022. Alberto has held various positions in secondary marketing, including Vice President of Secondary Marketing at Graystone Mortgage, LLC from February 2020 to August 2021, and Secondary Specialist at Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC from October 2015 to February 2020. Alberto began their career as a Secondary Marketing Analyst at Axiom Financial from April 2013 to October 2015.

Alberto Perea obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completing their studies from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services, at Weber State University from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Alberto obtained the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association in June 2021.
