Christine Bundy

Christine Bundy is an experienced Customer Success Manager at Member365 since May 2016, where the focus is on understanding customer needs and enhancing member retention strategies. With a solid background in Digital Marketing, Christine has expertise in website design, customer onboarding, and inbound sales and marketing for membership-based organizations. Prior to this role, Christine co-founded Digital Marketing Meetup Ottawa and served as Digital Marketing Manager at ZINation, fostering product awareness and lead generation. Earlier career experiences include managing social media at Kelsey's Barrhaven and various roles within the restaurant, which contributed to developing strong customer service skills. Christine holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Carleton University.
