Matt Harrell

Matt Harrell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matt is a co-founder and the VP of Customer Experience at Givebacks since 2018. In this role, Matt created the Voice of Customer program, developed customer support protocols, conducted user tests, and conducted customer research interviews to inform product positioning.

Additionally, Matt was a co-founder and held multiple roles at MemberHub.com from 2007 onwards. As a co-founder, they identified a gap in the market, led the product development lifecycle, and implemented marketing strategies to grow the platform into a multi-million-dollar business. Later on, they became the VP of Customer Success, overseeing customer support, account relations, and driving product roadmap development.

Before that, Matt was the Co-Founder and President at Five Points Solutions, Inc., designing and building custom websites and offering branding services for non-profits and small businesses. Matt also worked as a Software Engineer at SoftPro, developing software for real estate closing using C# and Visual Studio .NET.

Matt Harrell attended Needham Broughton High School from 1993 to 1996. Following their high school education, they enrolled in North Carolina State University where they studied Computer Science from 1996 to 2000. During their time at the university, Matt focused on software development and business management within the field of study. In July 2023, they obtained a certification in Strategizing Products and Customer Experiences (SPACE) from Delta CX.
