Stephan Koch

Stephan Koch has extensive experience in the field of software engineering and technology, with a career that spans over 19 years. Stephan started their career at World Outdoor Resources as a Programmer in 2004, where they gained foundational skills in software development. In 2005, they joined eCUTechnologies as an Information Systems Architect, focusing on designing and implementing various systems.

In 2008, Stephan joined Members 1st Federal Credit Union and has been with the company ever since. Stephan has held multiple roles within the organization, starting as a Senior Programmer Analyst and progressing to become a Programmer Analyst III (Team Lead) in 2015. Their responsibilities included leading a team and overseeing the development of software solutions.

In 2019, Stephan advanced to the position of Programmer Analyst IV (Team Lead), where they continued to lead projects and contribute to the company's software engineering efforts. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Software Engineering Manager, solidifying their expertise in managing software development teams. Currently, Stephan serves as the Director of Software Engineering, showcasing their strong leadership and expertise in the field.

Stephan Koch completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Austin Peay State University from 2000 to 2003. Stephan later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science at Penn State University from 2005 to 2010.
