Bill Lott

Bill Lott has had a diverse work experience in the field of compliance. Bill began their career in 2006 as a Compliance Manager at Chemical Bank, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Members First Credit Union as a Compliance Manager and was later promoted to the role of Compliance Director in August 2021.

Bill Lott attended Alma College from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy. In addition to their formal education, Bill obtained certifications as a Credit Union Compliance Expert from the Credit Union National Association in September 2018 and as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from The Institute of Certified Bankers in November 2013.
