Crystal Riganati has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Members Trust Company since October 2019. Prior to this role, Crystal held the position of HR Manager at Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. from November 2018 to October 2019 and at Kerkering Barberio from February 2010 to November 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing various elements of HR functions and assisting with firm management. Additional roles at Kerkering Barberio included HR Supervisor, Administration Supervisor, and Administration Coordinator. Earlier in Crystal's career, experience was gained as a Training Coordinator/Quality Assurance Assistant at Bombardier Aerospace from September 2007 to January 2010. Crystal holds a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and attended Western Washington University. Crystal is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
