Mika Siirtola

Mika Siirtola has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Mika began their career in 1995 as a Sales Representative at National Instruments. From 1998 to 2003, they co-founded and served as a Sales Manager at Toolbar, a company specializing in software solutions. In 2003, Mika worked as a Regional Ambassador at CRM Worldwide before founding their own company, Toolbar Asia Pacific, in 2004. Mika held the role of Managing Director and Founder until 2007. Since 2008, Mika has been working at Memberson Pte Ltd as the Director of Product Management, where they oversee the development and implementation of the Reaktor platform, a marketing automation and reward program engine utilized by global brands and millions of shoppers.

Mika Siirtola attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Electrical Engineering. No specific degree was specified for this period.
