Ryan Woods

Ryan Woods has over 12 years of work experience in the finance and operations sector. Ryan'scareer began in 2009 as an Accounting Intern at the Texas Medical Association. Ryan then moved to Deloitte in 2011 as an Audit. In 2013, they joined iCracked Inc. as VP of Finance. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at various companies such as Alpine SG, Foothold Technology, KaleidaCare Management Solutions, and Exym, all in the role of VP of Finance. In 2020, they joined Axis Advisory LLC as CFO Advisory and R-Zero as Chief Financial Officer. Currently, they are working at membersy as EVP, Head of Finance & Operations since 2022.

Ryan Woods obtained a B.A. in Business Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. Ryan then obtained a Master in Professional Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business. Additionally, they studied Economics and Finance at UNSW. Ryan also holds a CPA certification from the California Board of Accountancy and an inactive CPA certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
