Project Manager at Membrane Process & Controls

John Harrison has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and construction industries since 1987. In 1987, they began working at Campbell & Shaw Steel, Inc. as a Layout Fabricator, where they were responsible for print reading, gas torch cutting, shielded metal arc welding, mig welding, hydraulic saw, punches, sheers, and operating a yard crane and boom truck. From 1994-1998, they worked at Ferguson Steel as a Class A Layout Fabricator and Field Installation, where they were responsible for detailed shop print and erection plan reading, gas torch cutting, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Wire feed welding, hydraulic sheering & punching, and drilling. From 1998-2003, they worked at CR Meyer as a Project Manager for the Heavy Industrial Division, where they were responsible for projects nationwide. From 2003-2004, they worked at AGRA Industries, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for projects from after sale through start up and commissioning. From 2006-2011, they worked at PDM Bridge (now Veritas Steel) as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for project managing multiple steel bridge fabrication projects at a time and coordinating with engineering firms, contractors and State DOT's. From 2011-2017, they worked at AROW Global as a Sales & Operations Analyst & Scheduler, where they were responsible for being a Key Accounts Manager, then Systems Analyst for process improvements and a Sales and Operations Analyst/Scheduler. Since 2017, they have been working at Membrane Process & Controls as a Project Manager, where they occasionally provide sales engineering support.

John Harrison attended Northern Michigan University from 1993 to 1995, studying Pre-Engineering. John then transferred to Michigan Technological University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Steel and Reinforced Concrete Design in 1998.
