Paul Algoso

Paul Algoso has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul recently accepted a position as Vice President of Digital at MEMCO, where they aim to modernize the CPG manufacturing environment by blending automation with digital technologies. Prior to this, they had a long-tenured career at Intel Corporation, where they held various roles with increasing levels of responsibility. Paul served as an Equipment Engineering Manager, overseeing system design, installation, and maintenance of new equipment. Paul also worked as an Engineering Shift Manager, leading a cross-functional team in process improvement and troubleshooting. As a Process Engineering Group Leader, they fostered industry partnerships and implemented advanced technologies. Paul also served as a Staff Engineer, managing the construction and startup of a new factory and cultivating strong vendor relations. In their earlier career with the US Navy, Paul was a Naval Science Instructor, Submarine Division Officer, and Trainee.

Paul Algoso has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Materials Science from Vanderbilt University. Paul also holds a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
