Tamyres Barros

Tamyres Barros has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Tamyres is currently working as a Strategy Manager at Memed since July 2023. Prior to this, they were a Management Consultant at TM Consulting starting from December 2022. Before that, they held the position of Program Manager and Business Development at OLX Brasil from September 2021 to December 2022.

From March 2020 to September 2021, Tamyres worked as a Management and Governance Manager at Dotz Inc. Tamyres was responsible for strategic planning, management of programs and results, and the structuring of new businesses and products.

Before Dotz Inc., Tamyres worked as a Management Consultant at SulAmérica from June 2019 to March 2020, focusing on organizational design programs and projects.

Prior to SulAmérica, they were a Transformation Office Consultant at Nextel Brasil from July 2018 to June 2019. Their responsibilities included leading multifunctional teams, developing the company's management model, and implementing Agile culture.

From October 2016 to June 2018, Tamyres was the Transformation Office Lead at TM Consulting Agile. Their work involved strategic planning, organizational design programs, and creating management and governance models for various large companies.

Tamyres started their career as a Contract Analyst at Unimed-Rio from September 2008 to July 2011. Following that, they worked as a Process Consultant at Indra from July 2011 to October 2013, focusing on process optimization and governance practices.

Their early experience also includes working as a Management Consultant at Hope Serviços, where they led projects for Petrobras related to process improvement, organizational structure design, and corporate governance.

Throughout their career, Tamyres Barros has consistently demonstrated expertise in strategy, management consulting, program and project management, and process optimization.

Tamyres Barros completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2012. Tamyres then pursued a specialization in Business Process Management at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, which they completed in 2014. In 2016, Tamyres earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense. Continuing their education, they obtained an MBA in Business Management and Coaching from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC in 2020. Currently, Tamyres is enrolled in the MBA Digital Business program at FIAP, expected to be completed in 2023.

In addition to their degrees, Tamyres has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they received a certification in Project Management and Negotiation from CCE - PUC-Rio. In 2016, they obtained an International Certification in Professional/Self Coaching and Behavioral Analyst from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC. Tamyres also received a Certification in Leadership Coaching from Instituto Mentor Coach - IMC in the same year. In 2017, Tamyres obtained an Analyst Behavioral MI3D certification from Instituto MI3D and an International Certification in Experiential Learning and Team Coaching from Uno Coaching Group International. In 2018, they earned a SCRUM - Agile Project Management certification from Ka Solution. In 2019, Tamyres became a Certified Lean Inception Facilitator from Caroli.org and completed the Management 3.0 certification from Management 3.0. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained certifications in Product Discovery and Delivery from OLX Brasil and Digital Product Leadership from Tera.
